Becoming a Member

Membership of the Association is open to all residents and ratepayers in the area represented by the Association, which covers the suburbs of Papakowhai, Paremata, Mana and southern side of Camborne. Under our new constitution, membership is by individual person. New applications for membership require either a completed and signed Membership Application Form with name, postal address and contact email (or telephone number if no email) posted to the Secretary, or an email to the Secretary (see address below) containing the same information. Emails are deemed to be a signed application.

Financial Membership requires an annual subscription payment, set each year at our AGM (see information below on subscription payment). Any additional payment as a donation is also very welcome.

Financial Members are able to bring issues of concern to the Association and have speaking rights at general and committee meetings and voting rights at general and special meetings.

Paying the Annual Subscription

The annual subscription and any donation can be paid by Internet or Phone Banking.

Please identify “Subs” in the Particulars field and your name in the Reference field
Save this information as a “saved payee” to make future transactions easier.

Then, send an email to [email protected] with “Subs” as the subject.
In the email, identify your name and address and the total amount paid. Alternatively, post this information to the Secretary at 22 Mana Esplanade, Mana, Porirua.
