Membership
Renewing or Applying for Membership
Membership of the Association is available to residents and ratepayers in the area represented by the Association, which covers the suburbs of Papakowhai, Paremata, Mana and the southern side of Camborne. Under our new constitution, membership is by individual person.
Membership requires an annual subscription payment, currently $10 per person.
Upon payment of the annual subscription a member will become a Financial Member, with the right to bring community issues of concern to the Association, speaking rights at general and committee meetings, and voting rights at general and special meetings.
Please complete the Membership Form if you wish to apply for membership or renew your previous membership.
After submitting this form, please make your payment by Internet or Phone Banking using the payment instructions provided in the confirmation message.
Alternatively, if you wish to complete the membership process by email you can do this by emailing the Secretary at [email protected] who will reply to you with instructions.

Annual Subscription Payment by Members
The annual subscription and any donation can be paid by Internet or Phone Banking. Subscriptions for one or more members at the same residential address can be paid in a single transaction. The annual subscription for 2026/27 is $10 per person.

- Please identify “Subs” in the Particulars field and “Your Name(s)” in the Reference field
- Save this information as a “saved payee” to make future transactions easier
- Then, send an email to [email protected] with “Subs” as the subject. In the email, identify your address and the full name of all members included in the payment, and the total amount paid. Please also provide the email address of any member that wishes to receive separate communications.
