Membership
Becoming a Member
Membership of the Association is open to residents and ratepayers in the area represented by the Association, which covers the suburbs of Papakowhai, Paremata, Mana and southern side of Camborne. Under our new constitution, membership is by individual person.
Applications for membership is by submitting the completed Membership Application Form, or alternatively by email to the Secretary (see address below) containing full name, postal address, contact email (or telephone number if no email available), and statement of request for membership.
Membership requires an annual subscription payment, set each year at our AGM (see information below on subscription payment). Any additional payment as a donation is also very welcome. Upon payment of the annual subscription a member will become a Financial Member.
Financial Members are able to bring issues of concern to the Association and have speaking rights at general and committee meetings and voting rights at general and special meetings.
Paying the Annual Subscription
The annual subscription and any donation can be paid by Internet or Phone Banking. Subscriptions for one or more members at the same residential address can be paid in a single transaction. The annual subscription for 2026/27 is $10 per person.

- Please identify “Subs” in the Particulars field and “Your Name(s)” in the Reference field
- Save this information as a “saved payee” to make future transactions easier
- Then, send an email to [email protected] with “Subs” as the subject. In the email, identify your address and the full name of all members included in the payment, and the total amount paid. Please also provide the email address of any member that wishes to receive separate communications.
